Captionit is a mobile app that allows people to play caption contest game. Since the app promotes fun and creativity, there is intensive use of hilarious illustrations, animations and humorous on-screen texts to create a funky, game-like experience. For example: • The one-page homepage shows Mr. Bunny (mascot of this app) climbing out of a magician hat, with parallax scrolling effect • The 404 page shows "Mr. Bunny is off duty, but you can catch him at home". • A carrot-based points system is created as the game mechanics. Also, the top captionist of an image receives a crown.
