Crescent Communities

Crescent Communities, LLC is a real estate development company based out of Charlotte, NC. Having offices and developments in some of the most active real estate markets across the U.S., their mission is to create single family, commercial / mixed use, multifamily and land developments that cultivate communities, grow relationships and establish legacies.

In 2016, Crescent Communities approached their agency partner Mythic, a full-service agency also based out of Charlotte, to provide support services including strategy, project management, UX, design and development in the creation of a new CrescentCommunities.com website and responsive mobile version. Partnering with Mythic and Phalanx Digital, the site was developed using Microsoft .NET platform and a custom CMS written for usability for the content being managed. The agencies handled all aspects of the project from front end development, database architecture to UX/UI.
