Tillamook Dairy Foods did a great job with their recent flat cake design. Not only are the colors and shapes well done, but they topped the cake when they added moving flames, of course in flat fashion.
The rest of their website is a partial mix between flat and standard design. Their logo may not be flat, but some of their flat elements, like the drop down navigation with flat circles for the categories ties it in nicely. Plus, not everything has to be flat for the design to work, the logo fits in nicely.
